Are you looking for a shorter but still challenging route? Or do you want to slowly build up to longer distances? Then the 10-km run of the Grand Prix Winterthur is perfect for you – whether you’re running, power walking or Nordic walking! Experience the unique atmosphere and enjoy the route at your own pace!

Categories

  • Youth: 14–18 years (born 2008–2012).
  • Adults: 19–39 years (born 1987–2007).
  • Seniors: from 40 years, in age groups: 40–49, 50–59, 60+.
  • Walking/Nordic-Walking (no ranking but a finisher list with time)

Start time 11:30

Award ceremony

When: At 1:30 p.m. directly after the race.
Where: Main stage in the start/finish area.
Be there and experience the festive ceremony!

Course Map

Start: In the city center of Winterthur.
Through: the trendy former industrial district.
Landscape: picturesque landscape around Winterthur. The route combines urban flair with pure nature!

And watch out: the New Balance Hill Challenge awaits you on the route! Here you can show how much power you have in your legs – and maybe even win the mountain prize. Don’t worry: fun is the main thing!

There is a refreshment station on the route after ~4.5 kilometres (see also course map). In addition, further refreshment options are available in the start/finish area.
